Kristine Wilcox has over 15 years experience with massage and healing therapies. Each client is given a personalized massage to fit their particular needs. Kristine uses a blend of deep tissue, trigger point, and stretching techniques to help with pain and healing. With a specialty in craniosacral massage she will be able to dramatically improve pain in the neck and spine.

In additional to her extensive experience with massage, Kristine Wilcox has expanded her work to whole body healing. As a certified nutritionist and ayurvedic counselor, Kristine helps clients to achieve a new level of self awareness and health. She is a Reiki master and can provide Reiki sessions and classes.
